September Extra Medal - 11 September 10

The ladies contested the September Extra Medal on Saturday when there was success for Jane Grant who beat Eileen Manson on count back after both returned nett 76's.

September Medal - 04 September 10

The ladies also played their September Medal on Saturday. The strengthening wind probably kept the numbers playing down and the numbers on the cards up but, in the event, Angela Williamson recorded another victory in a pretty successful season.

August Extra Medal - 10 August 10

Earlier in the month, Laura Durrand won the August Extra Medal with an excellent nett 67 that earned her a handicap reduction to seven.

Eleanor Tunn and Eileen Manson were next best on nett 72.

August Medal - 03 August 10

Count back was needed to sort out the winner of the ladies August Medal on Tuesday with Jane Grant getting the nod over Laura Durrand after both returned nett 76's.

July extra Medal - 13 July 10

This week's July Extra Medal went to Angela Williamson with a nett 67 beating Audrey Dunnett, who had a gross 76, by a shot.

July Medal - 06 July 10

In last week's July Medal student Nadia Green had a gross 73, nett 65, to win by a shot from Alice Fidler.

Medal Winners Cup - 29 June 10

Eileen Manson claimed the Medal Winners Cup on Tuesday with a nett 74 beating Laura Durrand by two shots.

A sweep for non-medal winners was won by Alison Campbell who beat Wilma Swan on count back after they returned nett 80's.

Extra Medal - 08 June 10

The ladies had to endure dreadful conditions in last week's extra medal that was won by Audrey Dunnett with a nett 74, three clear of Laura Durrand.

June Medal - 01 June 10

The ladies enjoyed lovely conditions for their June Medal on Tuesday.

They were probably particularly appreciated by Eleanor Tunn as she made a winning competitive debut at Thurso with an excellent nett 68, three under par, beating Laura Durrand by six shots.

May Medal & Club Championship Round 1 - 04 May 10

This week's weather was described as 'wet and dreich' by the ladies correspondent but ten players contested the May Medal with Audrey Dunnett coming out on top with a fine nett 73. Laura Durrand was runner up.

April Medal - 27 April 10

Seven ladies ventured out for the April Medal last week but only two completed the course.

Moira McBeath completed it to very good effect and won the Medal with a very creditable nett 75, a few shots clear of Jane Grant.
